Do I need technical expertise to use SDRManager.ai?
Not at all. SDRManager.ai is designed for sales leaders and founders, not engineers. Our onboarding team handles all the technical setup — domain warming, email infrastructure, CRM integration, and campaign configuration. You just tell us who you want to reach and what you want to say, and we handle the rest.
How long does setup take?
Configuration happens in the first 5–7 business days — domain authentication, ICP definition, lead list building, and sequence creation. Mailbox warmup completes around the two-week mark, and that's when your campaigns go live. You're not billed during that window: billing starts the day sending starts. If you already have warmed sending domains, we can often launch faster — billing still starts at launch.

What are the pricing tiers?
Three plans, all month-to-month. Starter at $599/mo includes 1,000 personalized emails/mo (est. 15–20 qualified meetings), email only, 6–9 mailboxes across 2–3 domains, up to 2,000 fresh prospects/mo — right for getting validation off the ground. Growth at $2,999/mo includes 10,000 emails/mo (est. 150–200 meetings at 2%), email + LinkedIn, 60–90 mailboxes across 20–30 domains with auto-rotation, up to 20,000 fresh prospects/mo, autonomous AI replies, and pushes contacts + activities to HubSpot/Salesforce/Close. Enterprise is custom-priced — 100,000+ emails/mo, dedicated outbound pod, all channels, unlimited prospects, industry-specific data pipelines, whitelabel, and a dedicated Sales Account Executive on request who takes the meetings and closes deals for you (one reason pricing is custom: the team scales to what you ask for). All plans are month-to-month by default; optional annual billing saves 15% ($509/mo Starter, $2,549/mo Growth).
When does billing start?
Not at signup. We collect payment details upfront, but your first charge happens the day your campaigns go live — typically about two weeks after kickoff, once domains are authenticated, mailboxes are warmed, and your playbook is approved. This isn't a free trial (nothing is sending yet during that window); it just means you never pay for setup time. The same rule applies to annual plans: the upfront annual payment is charged at launch, not at signup.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. We also offer annual billing with a discount for teams that want to commit for the year. We believe the results should keep you around — not a contract.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately so you can access higher-tier features right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your campaign data and settings are preserved regardless of plan changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer a free trial?
Not a traditional free trial — and we'd rather be upfront about why. During your first ~2 weeks nothing is sending yet; we're registering domains, warming mailboxes, and building your playbook, so a "trial" would just be watching warmup. Instead, you're simply not billed during that period: payment details are collected at signup, but your first charge (monthly or annual) happens the day your campaigns go live.
Can I export my prospect list?
Yes — on every plan. Export prospects as CSV (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive ready) or JSON. Filter by stage, source, tags, or hand-pick rows from a sheets-style table view. Same goes for import: CSV/JSON upload, Apollo direct import, or webhook push from your own data pipeline.
Do you charge for AI on top of the plan price?
No surprise AI fees. Two ways to handle AI generation: bring your own Claude / OpenAI / Gemini key (you control quality and pay your own API bill at cost) or use the platform-default model that's bundled into every plan. The platform default is the simplest way to start; switch to your own key whenever you want a specific model.
What happens if my sender (Smartlead, Instantly) hits its monthly cap?
Sends route to your next connected provider automatically. We catch the quota-exceeded response (429 / "monthly limit reached"), pause that provider for the rest of the period, and fall through to whatever else you have connected. Your dashboard surfaces the exhausted sender inline so you know to upgrade or wait for the period to roll. Enrollments retry every 12 hours so they pick up the moment capacity returns.

What CRM integrations do you support?
We push contacts, activities, and booked meetings to HubSpot, Salesforce, Close, and Pipedrive. The flow is one-way today — SDRManager.ai is the orchestrator, your CRM stays the source of truth for the customer relationship after the meeting books. Custom CRMs work via webhooks or Zapier.
How do you handle email deliverability?
Deliverability is foundational to everything we do. We handle domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), manage email warmup automatically, rotate sending across multiple mailboxes, throttle volume to stay within provider limits, and continuously monitor sender reputation. Everything is engineered to keep properly configured accounts above 95% inbox placement.
Can I connect my own email accounts?
Yes. You can connect your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email accounts, or we can provision dedicated sending domains and mailboxes for you. We recommend a combination — dedicated domains for cold outreach and your primary domain for warm follow-ups — to protect your main domain's reputation.

Each plan includes a monthly personalized email volume (1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Growth, 100,000+ on Enterprise), with estimated qualified meetings at up to a 2% booking rate (est. 15–20 on Starter, 150–200 on Growth). Real booking rates depend on your ICP, offer, and market, which is why we tune sequences monthly. On Enterprise, you get a dedicated pod and a custom volume plan.

How do you handle my data?
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in SOC 2-compliant infrastructure, and never shared with other customers. We follow strict data isolation practices so your prospect lists, messaging templates, campaign performance data, and CRM credentials remain completely private to your account.
Is my prospect data shared with other customers?
Never. Your prospect lists, custom lead research, and campaign data are completely isolated to your account. We do not pool prospect data across customers, and we do not use your data to train AI models. Your competitive advantage stays yours.
Are you GDPR/CCPA compliant?
Yes. SDRManager.ai is fully compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations. We include proper unsubscribe mechanisms in every outreach email, honor opt-out requests automatically, and only source prospect data from compliant providers. We also support suppression lists so you never contact someone who has opted out or is on your do-not-contact list.
How do you prevent spam?
We take a multi-layered approach: volume throttling to mimic human sending patterns, AI-generated unique content for every email (no blast templates), automatic bounce and opt-out handling, domain reputation monitoring, and strict compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
