What does "est. 15–20 meetings" actually mean?
We commit to your plan's monthly personalized email volume; meeting estimates assume up to a 2% booking rate. A qualified meeting is a scheduled call with a decision-maker at an ICP-matched company that they attended or rescheduled. If meetings fill your calendar faster than expected, outreach auto-pauses so it stays manageable; it resumes next cycle. No-shows without reschedule don't count.
When does billing start?
Not at signup. We collect payment details upfront, but your first charge happens the day your campaigns go live — typically about two weeks after kickoff, once your domains are authenticated, mailboxes are warmed, and your playbook is approved. To be clear, this isn't a free trial: nothing is sending yet during that window. It just means you never pay for setup time. This applies to annual plans too — the upfront annual payment is charged at launch, not at signup.

Starter ($599) — we book meetings on your calendar via a hosted booking link. 1,000 personalized emails/mo (est. 15–20 qualified meetings), email-only, up to 2,000 fresh prospects added monthly, verified sends, teach-the-AI on replies. No CRM needed.

Growth ($2,999) — full platform. 10,000 personalized emails/mo (est. 150–200 meetings at 2%) across email + LinkedIn, up to 20,000 fresh prospects added monthly via Apollo, People Data Labs, Google Maps, and intent signals. Autonomous AI replies (book, reschedule, unsubscribe). Push contacts and activities to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close.

Do I need a CRM?
Not on Starter — we include a hosted booking link and the built-in prospect list (with CSV/JSON export anytime) so you get value on day one. Growth pushes contacts + activities to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close automatically. Need CRM push on Starter? Add-on is $199/mo.
Is there a contract?
No annual lock-in required. Starter and Growth are month-to-month by default — cancel anytime, your account stays active through the end of the billing period. Prefer to commit? Annual billing saves 15% ($509/mo Starter, $2,549/mo Growth, billed upfront). Enterprise plans may have custom terms depending on volume.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at 15% off the monthly rate — $6,108/yr for Starter ($509/mo equivalent) and $30,588/yr for Growth ($2,549/mo equivalent). Your monthly email volume and everything else in the plan stays the same. Annual is always optional — monthly remains the default, and you can switch to annual anytime. Like monthly plans, the annual charge happens at launch, not at signup — setup and warmup are never billed.
Do I need to buy any other tools?
